WIRTGEN INVEST IS INVESTING IN INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION.

US President Joe Biden’s planned infrastructure package has generated great interest by investors and the media in the rising need for infrastructure refurbishment and expansion. But the need to build data and energy grids, efficient and environmentally friendly transport routes, and basic social institutions – such as hospitals, schools or universities – is not just an US issue, but a global one. The capital requirements for these investment-intensive projects are correspondingly enormous. WIRTGEN INVEST is involved in infrastructure expansion together with four selected partners.

The partner firms were selected based on their different investment priorities. One of the partners invests predominantly in major projects in North America, and a second almost exclusively in Europe.
A third partner deals in more dynamic global projects that thus pose greater opportunities and risks. The fourth specialises in investing widely in smaller projects all over the world.
