Charlie Living, a new residential area which has been erected right in the heart of Berlin, now complements our portfolio.

Charlie Living is located in one of the German capital’s top locations, directly in the city centre at the former Checkpoint Charlie where East and West were reunited and close to Potsdamer Platz, the boulevard ‘Unter den Linden’ and the Brandenburg Gate.

Completed in 2020, this development encompasses four high-quality buildings and an underground car park. Charlie Living stands for a lifestyle that combines individuality and a lively, neighbourly community.

Four buildings offer residential living with character and class – for the young and the old as well as for trendsetters and the traditionalists. Charlie Living is an urban oasis for people of all ages, and it captivates through its architecture and various green areas, taking a different approach to conventional courtyards.

The ensemble was conceived and designed by the internationally acclaimed GRAFT architects and comprises 243 exclusive apartments, 48 serviced apartments and six townhouses.

With the acquisition of this quarter our portfolio is further diversified to include the residential sub-asset class.
