WIRTGEN CAMPUS IN RAHMS.

Since January 2021, the Wirtgen Campus in Rahms has served as the new home for the employees of the WIRTGEN INVEST Family Office, and for the Jürgen Wirtgen Foundation and Stefan Wirtgen Foundation. The campus is conveniently located along Motorway A3, in a park surrounded by the nature of Germany’s Westerwald region.

The result is an attractive office building, built to plans by the renowned architectural firm of Keggenhoff and Partner. Equipped with state-of-the-art meeting and conference spaces, appealing offices, a restaurant for guests and employees and a lounge and exhibition area, the facility spans a total of approx. 7,000 m² of total floor area.

A highlight is the generously proportioned architecture, combined with a sophisticated interior that offers visitors and employees alike a positive, motivating spatial experience, with plenty of open space.

Future-oriented service installations in tandem with the use of renewable energies – such as a photovoltaic system, geothermal energy and the use of rainwater harvesting – are testament to the sustainability of the campus.
