FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH STRATEGIC PARTNER FOR CORPORATE INVESTMENTS.

In a multi-stage selection process, WIRTGEN INVEST has found a strategic partner for its global venture capital investments. In the next few years, WIRTGEN INVEST will cooperate with US investor and consultant Neuberger Berman to acquire equity stakes in global companies under the signed framework agreement. The main focus will be the further development of those companies, e.g. through internationalization, horizontal integration or digitalization, in order to strengthen their long-term competitive position in the market. WIRTGEN INVEST intends to make only passive investments and exert no direct influence on the management of the companies.
