In the three base floors and the 12 office floors of the high-rise, which is to be clad with a valuable new double facade, the renowned architectural firm caspar plans to create attractive, first-class office space.
Another outstanding feature of the redevelopment is the spacious lobby located in the centre, with a representative driveway that affords a glimpse into the well-lit courtyard. In addition, the project offers expansive rooftop terraces on the 3rd and 12th floors, providing a luxurious atmosphere and a panoramic view over the state capital. Building certification according to LEED Gold and Wired Score Gold standards is planned.
