The important landmark building with 8 floors is being refurbished to a high standard as part of a complete revitalisation by the London real estate developer GPE (Great Portland Estates) and is one of the first buildings in the city to achieve Net Zero Carbon status. As a result of the extensive refurbishment measures, the high sustainability and ESG criteria, such as BREEAM “Excellent” and EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Level B were achieved and thus create an extensive redevelopment of the building.
