With the acquisition of the Opern Passagen in 2013, one of the oldest shopping centers in Cologne enriches our versatile portfolio. The shopping mall was founded in 1964 as “Cologne’s shopping city” and has since been captivating with its exclusive location in Cologne’s city center between the pedestrian zone “Breite Straße” and the listed opera house, opposite the WDR Arcades and the Quincy.
